Your role will be key in supporting cultural and organizational change:

• You will drive the adoption of new tools such as Microsoft 365.
• You will design internal and external communication strategies.
• You will ensure knowledge management and team alignment.

We are looking for professionals for 2 types of positions:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT with:

• 3-4 years of experience in project management.
• At least 1 year in a healthcare environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar certification is a plus.
• High level of Catalan.
• 100% on-site presence in Barcelona is required.

You will join a strategic project with healthcare sector clients who are leading the digital transformation of the sector.

Your mission will be to drive the Project Office, support the Systems Plan, and deploy Microsoft 365 as a collaboration tool.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT with:

• 4-5 years of experience in change management projects.
• At least 2 of those years in the healthcare sector.
• PROSCI or similar certification is a plus.
• 100% on-site presence in Barcelona is required.

Buscamos profesionales para 2 tipos de posiciones:

CONSULTANT GESTION DE PROYECTOS con:

• 3-4 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
• Al menos 1 año en entorno salud.
• Valorable certificación PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner o similar.
• Nivel alto de catalán.
• Es imprescindible 100% de presencialidad en Barcelona.

Te incorporarás a un proyecto estratégico con un clientes del sector salud que están liderando la transformación digital del sector.

Tu misión será impulsar la Oficina de Proyectos, acompañar el Plan de Sistemas, desplegar Microsoft 365 como herramienta de colaboración

CONSULTANT GESTION DEL CAMBIO con:

• 4-5 años de experiencia en proyectos de gestión del cambio.
• Al menos 2 de esos años en el sector salud.
• Valorable certificación PROSCI u otra similar.
• Es imprescindible 100% de presencialidad en Barcelona.
