What you'll do

You will be part of a strategic project with healthcare sector clients who are leading the digital transformation of the sector.

Your role will be key in supporting cultural and organizational change:

You will drive the adoption of new tools such as Microsoft 365.
You will design internal and external communication strategies.
You will ensure knowledge management and team alignment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals for 2 types of positions:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT with:

3-4 years of experience in project management.
At least 1 year in a healthcare environment.
PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar certification is a plus.
High level of Catalan.
100% on-site presence in Barcelona is required.

What will you do?

You will join a strategic project with healthcare sector clients who are leading the digital transformation of the sector.

Your mission will be to drive the Project Office, support the Systems Plan, and deploy Microsoft 365 as a collaboration tool.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT with:

4-5 years of experience in change management projects.
At least 2 of those years in the healthcare sector.
PROSCI or similar certification is a plus.
100% on-site presence in Barcelona is required.
