Senior Consultant - Quantitative Modeling

• University Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or Economics.
• Minimum of 2/3 years of previous professional experience in consulting.
• Essential: high level of English (Minimum C1).

• Desirable, experience in credit, market, and operational risk management. And valuable, experience in model, reputational, sustainability, and liquidity risk management.
• Prior experience in areas related to innovation and development in strategic and analytical management of risk processes, financial, technological, or business processes will be valued.
• Knowledge of programming (SAS, SQL, and other languages such as R or Python) will be valued.

Our multidisciplinary teams combine both technical (STEM) and functional profiles. We work on projects, generally on-site, hand in hand with the client and in a very dynamic environment. • You will join the team as a Senior Consultant. You will lead tasks as a specialist on projects, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of colleagues in more junior roles within the project and managing its delivery deadlines. At this point, excellence in the quality of deliverables, the contribution of value, the level of client interaction, and client trust are important, as well as a global vision of the project's status.
• Each project is a world of its own, both in terms of topic and team size, execution time, and location. Thus, we encounter small projects with a team of 2 members, up to teams of 15-20 people with members even from different departments and geographies. Likewise, durations can range from 2 weeks up to a year.

• You would participate in the development of internal analytical models for measurement and scoring (quantitative and qualitative).
• Design of organizational structures.
• Strategic risk management models, processes, workflows, and policies, both for risk and financial or business areas.

• Diagnosis and design of the technological transformation strategy.

• Effective implementation of new solutions, such as RPA, OCR, NLP, AI, etc.

• Development of advanced analytics environments and information management.
• Design of monitoring models and interactive dashboards.
