The role

At Krell Consulting, we are looking for a profile: SAP & SFSF CONSULTANT

You will ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules within People & Culture processes, with a focus on optimizing payroll management, personnel administration, and talent management.

The role includes providing technical support, collaborating on system integration, and guaranteeing secure, effective solutions aligned with industry best practices.

The person will be part of the IT team and the direct responsible person will be the Consulting Manager, but they will provide service to the People and Culture department, with whom they will have a high level of interaction.

What you'll do

- You will manage and execute evolution and maintenance projects for SAP PY (payroll management) within the human resources scope.

- You will ensure technical support, attending to and resolving issues in the SAP HCM and SFSF systems.

- You will collaborate with other technical and business teams in the integration and optimization of SAP HCM and SFSF.

- You will design and develop operational improvements in the SAP SuccessFactors platform, in alignment with the company's needs.

- You will coordinate and participate in the configuration, unit testing, and production rollout of SAP solutions.

- You will create and maintain technical and functional documentation of the systems.

- You will train and instruct end users in the use of SAP SuccessFactors.

- You will participate in design review sessions to ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices.

- You will manage integration and implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
