The role

We are looking for an SAP & SuccessFactors Consultant to join a consolidated company in the food sector, a manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods, within a stable and long-term project.

The selected person will join the IT team and will have high levels of interaction with the People and Culture department, participating in the evolution, maintenance, and integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.

What you'll do

Execute evolution and maintenance projects for SAP HCM, especially SAP PY for payroll management.
Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Design and implement improvements in SAP SuccessFactors based on business needs.
Collaborate with technical and business teams in the integration and optimization of SAP solutions.
Participate in the configuration, unit testing, and production rollout of new functionalities.
Manage integration and implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Participate in design review sessions and ensure compliance with best practices.
Train and support end users in the use of SuccessFactors.
Maintain close interaction with the People and Culture area, acting as a liaison between IT and the business.
