Senior Programmer | Genesys Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) | Barcelona

📍 Location: Barcelona

At Krell we are looking to hire a Senior Programmer | Genesys Cloud Contact Center, with experience in managing technological transformation programs and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform migrations, to participate in a large-scale technological project in Barcelona.

We are looking for a senior profile with the capacity to lead complex international projects, especially end-to-end migrations and deployments on Genesys Cloud CX, guaranteeing correct technological integration, business readiness, and operational transition.

• Lead transformation and migration programs of Contact Center platforms towards Genesys Cloud CX.
• Manage CCaaS projects from start to finish, from planning and mobilization to deployment and operational transition.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in international environments.
• Define and supervise program governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage integrations of Genesys Cloud CX with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Coordinate business readiness, cutover, hypercare, and change management activities.
• Supervise integration with identity systems, case management, data, reporting, and operational platforms.
• Guarantee service continuity during migrations and deployments.
• Ensure the correct adoption of new technological solutions by the business teams.
