What we're looking for

Experience: More than 3 years

More than 3 years of professional experience in development, Artificial Intelligence, and/or conversational solutions.
Experience with Python and/or Node.js / TypeScript.
Experience working with Generative AI and LLMs.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic Workflows.
Experience in the design and integration of REST APIs, backend services, and corporate systems.
Knowledge of Cloud architectures.
Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Cognigy, Dialogflow CX, Synthflow, or similar.
Ability to define architectures, technical patterns, and development best practices.
Experience or ability to exercise technical leadership and coordination of development teams.
Minimum B2 English, with the ability to participate fluently in meetings, work sessions, and coordination with international teams.

At Krell Consulting, we are looking for a Technical Lead specialized in Generative Artificial Intelligence and conversational solutions to join a project in the Insurance sector, located in Barcelona.

We are looking for a profile with a solid technical foundation, experience in developing AI solutions, and the ability to technically lead the design and evolution of conversational assistants and AI agents.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Technically lead the design and development of conversational assistants and AI agents.
Design and implement solutions based on Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
Work with RAG architectures and AI agent workflows.
Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and corporate systems.
Participate in voice and text solutions integrated into channels such as web, mobile applications, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams.
Define architectures, technical patterns, and development standards.
Technically coordinate the team and provide support to developers.
Perform testing, validation, monitoring, and optimization of solutions.
Collaborate with business, UX, architecture, and other technical teams.
