What we're looking for
Mandatory requirements
- Between 5 and 7 years of professional experience in IT project management.
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale connectivity and/or IT transformation programs.
- Experience working in complex and multi-country environments.
- Solid knowledge of Project Management and project governance.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication with executive profiles.
- Experience working with iterative delivery models and phased technological transformation programs.
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing environments and vendor consolidation.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to DORA and GDPR.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- University degree.
- English B2 or higher, with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently in professional environments.

At Krell Consulting, we are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager with experience in managing large-scale IT connectivity and technological transformation programs, to participate in an international project within the Insurance sector.
The selected person will participate in the coordination and monitoring of technological transformation programs with scope across different countries.
What you'll do
Main duties
- Management and coordination of large-scale IT programs, especially related to connectivity and technological transformation.
- Project management in international and multi-country environments.
- Definition and monitoring of project governance models.
- Management and coordination of stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and other involved areas.
- Preparation of reports, monitoring, and executive communication.
- Project management using iterative delivery models.
- Participation in phased technological architecture transformation programs.
- Coordination and monitoring of external vendors.
- Participation in initiatives related to IT outsourcing and vendor consolidation.
- Monitoring of risks, planning, milestones, and achievement of project objectives.
