Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree or technical training in STEM areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
- Experience in Python.
- Knowledge of SQLAlchemy.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQLite.
- Knowledge of FastAPI and/or Starlette.
- Knowledge of frontend development with HTML, Jinja, CSS/Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of testing and development best practices.
Generative Artificial Intelligence
- Experience or knowledge in AI tools for assisted code generation, especially Claude Code.
- Good command of technical prompting, providing context, objectives, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to iterate with AI tools and critically review their results.
- Ability to detect hallucinations, logical errors, and model limitations.
- Knowledge of security and privacy best practices in the use of AI.
- Judgment to determine when to use AI and when to resort to conventional development.

- Development of Python scripts and automations to meet the needs of the Accreditation Unit.
- Development and maintenance of backend functionalities.
- Work with databases and development of queries and data access processes.
- Use of Claude Code / Generative AI as a programming support tool.
- Generation, review, and validation of code using AI.
- Preparation of technical documentation for changes and developments, using AI as a support tool.
- Proposal of implementation plans and definition of the tasks necessary for their execution.
- Performing testing and functional/technical validation of solutions.

- Identification of hallucinations, logical errors, and incorrect model responses.
- Definition of controls and barriers to guarantee the safe use of AI in development.
