We are looking for responsible, committed professionals with a positive attitude to join our dynamic and motivating work environment.

The position of second chef is aimed at those who enjoy working with fresh pasta, artisanal sauces, and high-quality products. If you have previous experience as a cook and want to be part of a family where the passion for Italian cuisine is the main driving force, we invite you to join our team under a permanent contract, full-time, and in-person.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring compliance with daily procedures (when the head chef is not present).
Control the quality and presentation of each dish, ensuring the consistency of Italian flavors.
Manage inventories, place orders, and control the stock of fresh, high-quality raw materials (when the head chef is not present).
Replace the head chef in their absence, maintaining the pace and organization of the kitchen.
Train and guide kitchen staff, fostering the development of technical skills and teamwork.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a cook.
Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and good hygiene practices.
Ability to lead and manage teams, motivating staff under pressure.
Organizational skills to plan tasks, control timing, and optimize resources.
Availability to work full-time, with resilience to stress and schedule flexibility.
Minimum education required: no formal studies required, with practical experience valued.
