We are looking for a 2nd Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Jerez de la Frontera!

We are looking for a professional with experience in cooking and team management, who works hand in hand with the head chef, providing support in service organization, staff coordination, and the smooth running of the department.

• Team management: Collaborate in the coordination, supervision, and organization of kitchen staff, fostering a good working environment.
• Schedule organization: Support the preparation and distribution of shifts, as well as the planning of staffing needs.
• Kitchen coordination: Supervise daily work, distribute tasks, and guarantee the correct development of services.
• Support to the head chef: Work jointly with the kitchen manager in team management, incident resolution, and department organization.
• Quality control: Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience as a 2nd Kitchen Assistant or in positions of responsibility within a kitchen.
• Experience in team management and coordination.
• Knowledge of shift organization and schedule planning.
• Leadership, communication, and incident resolution skills.
• Organized, resourceful, proactive person with the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the pace of service.
