The role

Description

DITALY is a contemporary restaurant located in Campodón (Alcorcón) that specializes in authentic Italian oven-baked cuisine. Our gastronomic offering, focused on Neapolitan pizza and traditional dishes, is designed to provide memorable culinary experiences to every diner. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to cover 15 hours per week on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with split shifts. The contract is permanent and the position is on-site, making it an ideal opportunity for students or people who need supplementary employment. If you have a positive attitude, are passionate about cooking and have basic knowledge of the sector, we invite you to join our team and contribute to DITALY's success.

Prepare food following the restaurant's recipes and standards. Maintain order and hygiene in the work area in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with washing, cutting, restocking and organizing ingredients. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and timely flow of dishes. Clean and disinfect surfaces, utensils and equipment at the end of the shift.

Requirements

Basic cooking knowledge, even minimal experience.
Residence in Alcorcón, Móstoles or Fuenlabrada.
Students or people seeking supplementary weekend employment.
