From Laberit, and in collaboration with the startup Omniloy, an innovative company focused on revolutionizing the healthcare sector through the implementation of AI systems to automate repetitive tasks and maximize data usage in hospitals.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Omniloy, you will be the driving force behind the infrastructure that powers SofIA (real-time medical Copilot) and MarIA Voice (our AI calling platform for appointment scheduling and reminders connected to Electronic Health Records). You will design, automate, and secure hybrid cloud/on-prem environments so that doctors can rely on sub-second transcription and patients never miss an appointment, even when thousands of simultaneous calls and sessions flow through our platform.

- Design, implement, and operate Kubernetes clusters in Azure / GCP and on-prem hospital hardware, using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible or equivalent best practices.

- Build rock-solid CI/CD pipelines for microservices, ASR/LLM/TTS models, and SIP/WebRTC services, guaranteeing one-click rollbacks and zero-downtime releases.

- Implement high availability and auto-scaling strategies to manage bursts of voice calls and real-time transcription traffic with latencies < 1 s.

- Establish full-stack observability (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/Datadog/alternative) with SLO dashboards covering voice, transcription, and appointment flows.

- Strengthen security and compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and ENS Alto: end-to-end encryption, secrets management, immutable logs, auditable deployments.

- Manage S3-compatible local storage, automated backups, and multi-region disaster recovery guides.

- Champion the DevSecOps culture: threat modeling, image hardening, engineer mentoring, and driving shift-left security across the organization.

- Collaborate with ML engineers to automate MLOps and LLMOps workflows (QLoRA fine-tuning, evaluators, model promotion, GPU scheduling).
