• Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales levels and KPI-related objectives.

• Create an emotional bond with customers, so that the brand values are reflected at all times.

• Attend to customers, selling products and executing any store operation conscientiously.

• Know the individual objectives of the store and strive to achieve and exceed them by employing all available resources.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate ideas to the store management team to promote commercial success.

• Be a role model in customer service, increasing sales and the brand experience by using advanced sales techniques and customer service elements.

• Share their experience to improve their skills.

• Use experience and enthusiasm for the brand to increase sales and customer loyalty.

• Create an attractive and simple environment for customers through Visual Merchandising strategies and maintaining the good condition of the store.

• Comply with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and shopping environment.

• Ensure that store products are always available to customers, helping with their implementation and replenishing stock.

• Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately, complying with cash register procedures.

• Minimize losses while always keeping sales in mind when attending to customers.

• Collaborate productively and respectfully with other team members in order to meet and exceed store objectives.

• Be available to support the team with any task when necessary.

• Convey a constant desire to learn and take advantage of all available opportunities to improve performance.
