What we're looking for
We are looking for people passionate about customer service, professionalism in their work, commitment to their colleagues and, truth be told, the world of coffee and pastry. Someone eager to grow in this company, at the same pace that Manolo Bakes is doing.
To this, we have to add:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a store manager, manager, shift supervisor, or manager of a coffee shop, restaurant, etc.
- Knowledge of gastronomy, pastry, and related products.
- Knowledge in service preparation and management of work teams.
- Cash handling and closing.
- Order preparation and supplier follow-up.

The role
Manolo Bakes continues to grow and expand, and therefore we are looking for a Store Manager for one of our Madrid stores with experience in the coffee shop - pastry - confectionery sector, with shift management, optimized order management, waste control, people management, cash management, team training, customer service, etc.
And like our Manolitos, we prioritize that our eMBassadors are authentic, with personality, highly professional, honest, and reliable.
