What you'll do

That is why we count on you as an accountant, and you will be responsible for preparing and ensuring compliance with the accounting procedures for collections, invoicing, and merchandise, in order to ensure the reliable treatment of cash accounting entries and merchandise purchases in the store's operating account, in accordance with regulations.

· Carry out the administration and administrative control of cash registers, merchandise invoicing, general expenses, and fixed assets, to ensure the correct financial management associated with the store's cash registers, suppliers, and creditors.

· Exercise internal control over cash registers and financing, as well as over merchandise reception or other commercial sections, together with the Store Management Control, to ensure compliance with accounting procedures in accordance with regulations.

· Verify the daily entries in the Customer Ledger in order to keep the store's financial flow under control.

· Prepare and analyze the Operating Account and the store's performance to ensure the reliability of estimates and actuals according to the accrual principle.

· Control and manage the execution of partial inventories of the store to analyze the main discrepancies.

· Support other sections and departments in order to optimize joint work.

· Collaborate on cross-cutting projects to share their vision with other stores and departments.

· Comply with the prevention measures established by the company to eliminate or reduce risks in the workplace and facilities.
