Requirements
What we're looking for
- Indispensable: SAP and Excel.
- Experience in invoice management and accounting.
General accounting, billing management, bank reconciliation, use of ERP and Office tools (especially Excel).
Nice to have
- Additional training related to accounting, administrative management or supplier management will be valued.
- Desirable: Knowledge of billing and transport management tools.

The role

Your mission will be to guarantee the administrative and accounting health of the operation, ensuring that every record is accurate and every process is fluid.
What you'll do
- Invoice management and integration: Review of invoice entry in ITSoft, detection and correction of errors to guarantee their correct integration and registration.
- Accounting of invoices in SAP: Validation of data and accounting of invoices and credit notes, as well as resolution of incidents in coordination with the delegations.
- Management and control of transport services: Management of services in Scop (internal program), reconciliation of services with their corresponding invoices, review of discrepancies and coordination with transport agencies.
- Supplier management: Handling and resolution of inquiries, follow-up of incidents, management of blocks and control of debt and pending payments.
- Preparation and management of payments: Review of due dates, blocks and necessary documentation to ensure the correct inclusion of invoices in payment remittances.
- Accounting reconciliation and audit support: Reconciliation of balances and preparation and provision of documentation for internal and external audits, guaranteeing the reliability of the accounting information.
How you'll work
- Working hours: From 08:00/09:00 h to 17:00/18:00 h.
