Responsibilities and Mission:
As a Professional Advisor in the Professional Department, your mission will be to provide a service tailored to customers in the construction and renovation sector. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Customer Acquisition: Actively seeking new customers both inside and outside the store.
- Portfolio Management: Following up and attending to your own portfolio of customers, using an omnichannel approach (telephone and in-person).
- Sales Process: Coordinating the entire sales process, from preparing quotes to final delivery to the customer.
- Service Promotion: Offering additional services such as transportation, financing, and installation.
- Market Knowledge: Identifying the needs of the local professional market and the competition.

Requirements:
We are looking for people with sales experience and a good knowledge of the renovation and construction sector. It is essential that you have communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
