The role

We are looking for a Labor Advisor with experience in consultancy or a professional firm to join a stable project in Valencia. The selected person will manage a client portfolio and offer comprehensive labor advice, participating in all areas of labor administration.

What you'll do

The selected profile will perform the following functions:

Comprehensive management of a client portfolio.
Preparation of contracts, registrations, terminations, and changes in Social Security.
Preparation and review of payroll, final settlements, and social security contributions.
Advice on labor legislation and labor relations.
Management of procedures and communications with official bodies.
Resolution of labor inquiries from clients.
Monitoring of collective agreements and legislative updates.
Support in labor inspections and labor procedures.
Coordination with the rest of the firm's areas to offer a comprehensive service.

Summary

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Labor Advisor in a professional firm.
Residence in Valencia or surrounding areas.

Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Labor Advisor in consultancy or a professional firm.
Previous experience managing a client portfolio.
Solid knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security.
Experience with labor management tools is valued.
Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Customer orientation and communication skills.
