Responsibilities and Mission:
As a Professional Advisor in the Professionals Department, your mission will be to offer a service tailored to customers in the construction and renovation sector. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Customer Acquisition: Active search for new customers both inside and outside the store.
- Portfolio Management: Follow-up and attention to your own customer portfolio, using an omnichannel approach (telephone and in-person).
- Sales Process: Coordinating the entire sales process, from preparing quotes to final delivery to the customer.
- Promotion of Services: Offering additional services such as transport, financing, and installation.
- Market Knowledge: Identifying the needs of the local professional market and the competition.

Requirements:
We are looking for people with sales experience and good knowledge of the renovation and construction sector. It is essential that you have communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
