The Redes Gas España business is responsible for the distribution of natural gas and renewable gas and operates on a national scale (Spain). As a distribution company, it is responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of more than 53,800 km of gas network to which more than 5.4 M supply points are connected in almost 1,150 municipalities. The main activities it carries out are: commissioning, meter reading, periodic inspection, and responding to alerts. The Legal Services unit is responsible for handling matters assigned within the legal environment: commercial law, collaboration in operations that may occur such as mergers, spin-offs, acquisition/sale of a business line. Administrative law. You will be able to learn in the legal field applied to the national energy environment, specifically in the following areas:

• Drafting of minutes and certificates for Board and Council meetings
• Administrative law: drafting of statements of allegations in proceedings initiated by various state, regional, or local bodies, drafting of administrative or contentious-administrative appeals
• Criminal law: drafting of complaints, responses to offers of action, collaboration in the preparation of the defense in initiated proceedings
• Civil procedural law: response to official requests, drafting of judicial documents (lawsuits, responses, appeals, etc.),
• Legal advice in matters such as personal data protection, intellectual/industrial property, leases, contract law, etc.
