The role

What you'll do

The Store Maintenance Leader will be responsible for ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of the store, as well as the proper functioning of facilities and equipment, guaranteeing the safety of assets and people.

Their main functions and areas of responsibility will be the following:

Comprehensive Maintenance Plan

· Ensure compliance with the Comprehensive Maintenance Plan in order to guarantee compliance with the maintenance, management, and documentation processes for the store's machinery and technical equipment.

· Prevent and resolve breakdowns affecting store facilities to ensure their proper operation, as well as the safety and comfort of customers and employees.

· Manage maintenance resources efficiently to optimize costs and reduce consumption.

Occupational Risk Prevention

· Ensure compliance with Risk Prevention regulations in all matters relating to the store's facilities, machinery, and technical equipment.

· Comply with the prevention measures established by the company to eliminate or reduce risks in the workplace and facilities.

· Manage and actively participate in cross-departmental projects with other areas such as commercial and services, and ensure the achievement of objectives assigned at all times.

· Support other sections and departments in order to optimize joint work.
