At Leroy Merlin, we are looking for a person for our X store who combines strategic vision, sensitivity toward the customer experience, and a firm hand in day-to-day operational management.
There is a place for you as our next Customer Relationship Manager! This is a key role that connects customer emotions with the efficiency of our facilities. A role with real, cross-functional impact, with lots of contact with teams, customers, and installers, where every decision counts.
What you'll do
We could say your role will be that of a connector between customer, store, teams, and installers. But better yet, let us tell you everything you will do:
You will resolve issues and actively improve the NPS.
You will be in direct contact with customers, world leaders, and installers.
You will review after-sales processes to ensure quality and satisfaction.
📊 Installations Strategy:
You will drive installed sales figures, defining which sections to boost and which to stabilize.
You will support the world leader in the commercial strategy for the area.
You will train sales teams to minimize errors and issues.
🧠 Leadership & Operations:
You will coordinate the Customer Relationship Coordinator and work hand in hand with the Customer Projects Coordinator.
You will be the bridge with store management, collaborating on the overall strategy.
You will have a strong presence on the sales floor, leading from the ground and never losing sight of the customer vision.
