The role

We are looking for a Retail Manager to lead a network of stores and guarantee operational, commercial, and people excellence within their area of responsibility. They will be responsible for driving business results, developing talent, and ensuring a consistent, high-level customer experience across all points of sale.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will perform the following functions:

  • Previous experience managing multiple points of sale.
  • Lead, support, and develop the Store Managers of the region.
  • Guarantee the achievement of commercial and profitability objectives.
  • Analyze KPIs and define action plans to optimize results.
  • Ensure the correct execution of operational and visual merchandising standards.
  • Drive a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
  • Participate in selection, training, and team development processes.
  • Detect opportunities for improvement and implement growth initiatives.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience managing multiple points of sale.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong orientation toward results and business analysis.
  • Experience in dynamic, high-volume retail environments.
  • Availability to travel within the assigned area.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
