What you'll do

What you will do (responsibilities and mission):
You will be part of the store's Logistics team as the Logistics Flow Manager. Your goal will be to ensure the preparation and delivery of omnichannel orders, manage inbound and outbound merchandise flows, and ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) customer service, maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Omnichannel Orders: manage the entire preparation and delivery cycle, organize the team, and plan loads; ensure OTIF customer service and meet performance KPIs; resolve issues with customer-focused solutions.
Merchandise Receiving and Processing: coordinate unloading and processing according to channels and procedures; manage transfers, returns, repairs, and waste.
Warehouse Management: optimize space and layout in coordination with the Logistics Manager; manage stock, customer orders, and merchandise retrieval; consider seasonality.
Team Leadership and Development: build and develop a high-performing team aligned with the company's culture and values; conduct quarterly reviews and follow-ups.
Cross-functional Activities: comply with environmental plans and H&S regulations; ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and processes.
