The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Education: Industrial Organization Engineering, Logistics, ADE (Business Administration), or similar.

Experience: minimum 7-10 years in operational responsibility positions in logistics or distribution, preferably in companies with several logistics centers.

Knowledge of logistics at a national and international level (Maritime and Land). Competencies:

Operational leadership and team management.
Ability to implement procedures and ensure compliance.
Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
Agile resolution of incidents.

Availability: for frequent travel to the various work centers.

Languages: English is valued.

IMPORTANT: Current residence in Spain.

The role

We are looking for a professional to lead the Logistics Department in a growing company. This position, located in Valencia, requires previous experience in supply chain and logistics management to optimize processes and guarantee operational efficiency.

You will be part of a consolidated company in the distribution sector.
You will have the opportunity to lead teams and transform processes.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for guaranteeing the correct functioning of all the company's operations: organization of the company's logistics centers, ensuring efficiency in the processes of receiving, storage, preparation, and distribution of goods. They will be responsible for implementing procedures, optimizing operational flows, and developing the human team, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives in costs, quality, timing, and customer service.

Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the logistics centers in the national network.
Implement and improve workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
Develop, train, and motivate work teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Ensure compliance with established service levels (delivery times, quality, internal and external customer service).
Control and monitor logistics key performance indicators (KPIs).
Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and best practices in the warehouses.
Collaborate with the systems area to drive technological improvements in supply chain management.
Support the Management in identifying improvement opportunities and in the execution of logistics projects.
Perform periodic reports on the status of operations and results of each center.
