Delivery Manager - Digital Payments

Experience: 2 years

• That you reside in Barcelona and surroundings. Your place of work will be in Sabadell.
• Education: Higher Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.
• Minimum: 5 years of previous experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar in complex environments.
• Experience in managing external/internal teams.
• Experience in agile and traditional methodologies.
• Experience in the financial services field is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Software Development life cycle: Monitoring and control of all phases of a software development project life cycle: Tender offers, assessments, planning, risk identification, feasibility studies, delivery validation, and communication with other involved areas (architecture, environment governance, testing, Ergonomics and Usability...).
• Project management tools.
• Knowledge of the Digital field: web and mobile applications.
• Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships with Business areas, suppliers, and partners. Analytical capacity with a focus on problem-solving. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivery amidst changing priorities and deadlines. Proactivity and accountability for projects/applications.
• Languages: English (B2 Level).

The Development Delivery Services units manage the maintenance and development of Banco Sabadell's applications.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

• You will guarantee the delivery of projects on time and in the correct manner.
• You will analyze projects functionally and technically, as well as their approach and feasibility.
• You will manage budget, resources, planning, and delivery milestones to ensure project delivery.
• You will report progress, risks, and early warnings in the various committees and monitoring forums.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of area projects that require collaboration from other Technological Directorates (infrastructure, architecture, security...).
• You will collaborate actively with Business teams, via the Business Partner, to build a solution suitable for their needs, as well as a global vision of the systems plan roadmap and its fit within the assigned budgetary frameworks.
• You will coordinate and supervise the technical rollout.
• You will manage partners, contracts, and project costs.
• You will implement best practices and standardize processes to improve delivery efficiency.
• You will keep the information available in corporate tools up to date.
