A lawyer with 7-8 years of experience in a law firm specializing in employment law, looking to join our Employment team. An advanced level of English is essential.

As part of our Employment team, you will be involved in:

• Advising on the employment aspects of corporate and financial transactions (due diligence, SPAs, incentive plans, directors).
• Handling Temporary Employment Regulation Files (ERTE), Collective Redundancies (ERE) and individual dismissals, corporate restructurings, substantial modification of working conditions procedures, and geographic mobility.
• Drafting employment contracts and service agreements.
• Preparing equality plans.
• General advisory work (temporary hiring, remote work, working time, dismissals, executives, restrictive covenants, etc.).
• Representing and assisting clients in conciliation proceedings and hearings.
