Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience as an AI Engineer, GenAI Engineer, or ML Engineer in generative artificial intelligence projects.
Advanced mastery of Python and experience in developing AI applications in production environments.
Hands-on experience in the design and development of AI agents and multi-agent architectures.
Solid knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and RAG techniques.
Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama models or equivalent technologies.
Experience in Docker and Kubernetes for packaging, deployment, and application operation.
Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Experience in API development using modern frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or similar).
Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

The role

At Logicalis Spain, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join an Artificial Intelligence service in a major telecommunications sector company. You will participate in the design, development, and deployment of advanced solutions based on LLMs, multimodal models, and multi-agent systems, working in cloud environments and modern container-based architectures, with experience in the design and implementation of LLM-based agentic systems deployed in production on AWS.

The Data & AI team at Logicalis works with national and international clients, carrying out major projects in data engineering, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics, data strategy, governance, integration, and architecture, covering the entire data lifecycle.

What you'll do

Design and develop generative AI solutions based on LLMs and multimodal models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or equivalents).
Design, develop, and evolve AI agents and multi-agent systems for business process automation and complex use cases.
Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures and semantic search mechanisms over corporate knowledge bases.
Perform model evaluation and optimization activities, including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and definition of validation strategies.
Design and develop APIs and services to expose AI capabilities in a secure and scalable manner.
Deploy applications and models using Docker containers and orchestration platforms based on Kubernetes.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, deployment, and operation processes of AI solutions.
