The role

At Logicalis Spain we are looking for a Microcomputing Technician to work for one of our clients in Valencia.

What you'll do

  • User management and support, incident resolution, service requests

  • Equipment imaging, application configuration, etc..

    Knowledge of user onboarding/offboarding, management of permissions and resources

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 0365 suite

  • Knowledge of "ticketing" Incident Management tools

  • Desirable knowledge of Antivirus, MDM applications, Intune, Endpoint device management

Location: Valencia, hybrid modality

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:00 // 11:00 to 19:00
