Requirements
What we're looking for
Degree in Law, Labour Relations, Administration, HR, or a similar field.
Good knowledge of Spanish labor law, HR compliance, and payroll-related processes.
Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll and Social Security management.
Nice to have
Advanced English (spoken and written) is a plus.
Experience with FOKE payroll software is a plus.
Based in Miranda de Ebro or the surrounding area, with availability to work on-site at our Warehouse in Miranda de Ebro.
Own car and ability to commute to our workplace in Miranda de Ebro.

As part of the People team, you will focus on the Labor and HR Administrative area, working closely with our Warehouse team in Miranda de Ebro and maintaining a close relationship with the Talent and Development team.
What you'll do
You will play a key role in the execution of all labor and HR administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle and supporting the day-to-day HR operations of our Warehouse in Miranda de Ebro.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Employee Lifecycle Operations: Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, role changes, leaves, and absences.
HR Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and ensure operational efficiency.
Employee Support: Act as a primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, answering queries and providing guidance on policies, contracts, and labor regulations.
Payroll & Social Security: Execute payroll cycles, manage Social Security reporting, settlements, and accident/incapacity reporting.
Works Committee: Build and maintain a close relationship and cooperation with the Works Committee.
Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies; monitor mandatory training and documentation.
Process Improvement: Identify workflow efficiencies and support automation initiatives to optimize HR operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, IT, Warehouse Management, and the Works Committee on HR and Labor matters.
