You will join our Casino in Vigo, in permanent contact with customers and surrounded by a great atmosphere, all while acting as an AMBASSADOR of the Luckia Experience.

You will carry out your duties as a Kitchen Assistant offering the best service to customers. And if you do not know a certain task, do not worry, we will help you.

• Your main mission will be to prepare food for all Restaurants and/or Banquets, according to the high quality and hygiene standards established by the Company and using Antay recipes at all times.
• You will be responsible for learning the appropriate technical skills and the procedures listed in the safety grid, acting immediately in the event of a safety hazard, respecting the hotel policies at all times, and contributing to the improvement of your area.
• You will inform and report, daily, to the Sous Chef.

Daily Tasks.

1. Attend the briefing meeting.
2. Check, together with the Sous Chef, the status of the cameras and the labeling of raw materials.
3. Preparation of mise en place for the menu, buffet, or event.
4. Sanitize and hygienize before, during, and after the work shift.
5. Preparation of à la carte dishes.
6. Collect orders while checking that the raw materials are in good condition

1. Attend all training sessions scheduled by the company, in accordance with the current internal regulations.
