The role
At Luckia, we are looking for a Head of CRO who wants to take on a challenge with a direct impact on the growth of our digital business.
We are looking for a person with business vision, an analytical mindset, and an obsession—the good kind 😉—with understanding what makes a user progress, convert... or abandon.
Your mission will be to maximize the commercial value of Luckia's digital traffic, driving the acquisition of new customers, the optimization of acquisition channels, and the continuous improvement of conversion and user experience throughout the entire funnel.
You will be the reference figure to identify, prioritize, and activate growth opportunities across the company's different markets, products, and channels. Your main responsibility will be to maximize the commercial value of every visit, transforming existing traffic into revenue and business insights transferable to other areas.
You will combine an orientation toward acquisition with participation in the customer experience, especially at those touchpoints that affect conversion, activation, satisfaction, and the continuity of the relationship with Luckia.
You will work transversally with Marketing, Product, CRM, Technology, Customer Service, and the local teams of each market, ensuring that acquisition is not managed as an isolated activity, but as part of a complete and coherent experience.
What you'll do
• You will analyze customer behavior throughout the customer acquisition process to identify needs, frictions, and improvement opportunities.
• Design the measurement architecture necessary to ensure reliable tracking that allows for the correct analysis, attribution, and optimization of key growth metrics.
• Work with Technology to prioritize tracking implementations, integrations, and technical improvements necessary to sustain the measurement strategy.
• Analyze user and customer behavior to identify frictions, abandonments, conversion opportunities, and growth levers.
• Work with the Marketing and Product teams to improve the value proposition, messaging, landing pages, forms, the registration process, and the main conversion points.
• Detect frictions in the digital experience and other relevant touchpoints, coordinating their resolution with Product, UX, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Lead the experimentation agenda, building a culture of continuous learning based on data, measurable hypotheses, and iterative improvement.
• Work with CRM, Data, and Product to identify the most relevant variables, signals, and behaviors that allow for the personalization of communication and experience.
• Participate in defining the onboarding experience, identifying improvements that help the new customer understand the product, complete their first steps, and find value quickly.
🔎 What will you work with?
• To develop this mission, you will have a wide ecosystem of data and internal tools for digital analytics, search, customer behavior, catalog, and experimentation.
• These capabilities will allow you to analyze the discovery process holistically, dive deep by market, device, or browsing context, and measure the impact of implemented initiatives.
• Additionally, you will work alongside the Data, Product, and Technology teams to evolve existing capabilities and drive new solutions related to relevance, prediction, and the personalization of the digital experience.
Additional information
If you like converting data into hypotheses, hypotheses into experiments, and experiments into growth, we might have a lot to talk about. 🧡
