• Your main mission will be to serve customers, providing them with optimal attention at all times, taking an interest in their needs and working with passion and positive energy, with the objective of achieving high performance in the lounge.
• You will be responsible for:
  1. Building customer loyalty through knowledge of their preferences and promoting the brand by echoing the wide range of services offered.
  2. Mastering operating procedures, being able to resolve any incidents that may occur and making the workplace a pleasant place where teamwork is practiced.
• You will inform and report on activities and plans, in periodic meetings and reports, to the Business Manager.

1. Opening and/or closing the lounge if such task is assigned to you by shift
2. Turning on machines and setting up the lounge, checking that everything is functioning correctly, if such task is assigned to you by shift.
3. Wearing the uniform while complying with grooming and appearance standards.
4. Performing tasks related to the cleaning of the facilities and other entrusted areas, and the tidiness of the lounge and machines.
5. Preparing the various food items that are to be offered to our customers.
6. Checking that all mechanisms, machines, and equipment are functioning correctly.
7. Welcoming our customers according to the guidelines and procedures recommended by the Company, based on the training and instructions received for this purpose.
8. Providing change and offering help, information, and refreshments to our customers at all times, staying attentive to any of their needs to meet established standards.
9. Using customer acquisition tools with those who enter the lounge and whom we do not know, promoting their loyalty.
10. Advising customers or potential customers regarding other lines of business such as sports and online betting.
11. Promoting and/or affiliating lounge customers to other lines of business platforms, such as online.
12. Staying attentive to the operation of the machines, performing simple repairs and minor maintenance. In the event that this is not possible, it will then be necessary to call the established technical service, reporting to the Business Manager.
13. Leaving the lounge perfectly prepared for the shift change, reporting any anomalies occurred to the incoming shift staff.
14. Turning off televisions, plasmas, light signs, machines, bingos, roulette wheels, lights, etc., when performing the lounge closing if assigned by shift.
15. Balancing, closing the till, and setting the alarm when performing the lounge closing, complying with established security measures and rules if assigned to this by shift.
16. Performing the weekly replenishment of raw materials, requested materials, and food and beverage products that we do not order from our approved suppliers.
17. Checking tills and change, ensuring that everything balances and looking for causes when it does not match.
18. Gathering information on what happened during the day, noting relevant details to transmit to the Manager.
19. Reviewing and supervising the level of compliance with daily sales and daily average ticket, if entrusted to you.
20. Supervising and controlling the reception of raw materials received.
21. Forecasting and managing daily orders.
22. Offering a hospitality service according to brand guidelines.
23. Using customer acquisition tools.
24. In centers with hospitality offerings, complying with standards and food handling regulations, as well as compliance with preparation, production, and service according to established training and procedures.
25. Complying with security regulations regarding the opening and closing of the till, opening of machines, cashiers, etc.
26. Complying with current regulations regarding customer access control in the premises through identification and checking against the prohibited register.

⚖️ Balance between your personal and professional life: you will know your schedules one month in advance so that you can organize yourself. You will work in rotating shifts of 5 working days in morning or afternoon-evening shifts, with two consecutive and rotating days off per week.
