The role

We need to fill a position for a FAMILY MEDIATOR at our Vitoria headquarters, who will be in charge of the following tasks:

What you'll do

- Selection and hiring of domestic workers, adapting profiles to the needs of families and their well-being at home.

- Preparation and management of workers' payroll and corresponding procedures with families on a monthly basis.

- Management and filing of labor documentation.

- Advisory and mediation to users and families regarding economic, family, and social matters.

- Supervision and monitoring of the care provided by the workers in the home.

- Procedures in the RED system.

- Updating of labor regulations.

How you'll work

- Temporary contract

- Salary according to national collective agreement

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

- Start date July 27th.
