Selection - Locate, identify, and attract the candidates who best fit the needs of the onsite service. - Selection of profiles that are part of the onsite service approach. Commercial - Prospecting, capturing, and selling low/medium qualification temporary profiles within the client's facilities. Administrative - Efficiently maintain and carry out all administrative processes, supported or not by digital solutions. - Compliance with policies, laws, and operating processes of the business, the onsite service, and applicable central departments. - Scheduling training for employees. We are looking for an organized person with good communication skills and experience in managing temporary staff. Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
