What we're looking for

- University Degree (social science profiles will be positively valued).

- Essential training: Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, with the 3 specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.

- Knowledge of current OHS regulations and ISO 45001 management systems will be valued.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing functions similar to those described for the position.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Permanent contract.
Salary range: 26,000 gross per year
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00 and one afternoon of 3 hours of teleworking.
Work center location: Parque Científico Tecnológico Geolit. Avda. de la Innovación, 3 Mengíbar (Jaén).

The role

At Macrosad, we are looking to hire a person to fill the vacancy of Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician at our headquarters located in the Geolit Science and Technology Park, at Avenida de la Innovación, 3, Mengíbar (Jaén).

The position plays a key and specialized role to ensure the health and safety of the company's workers and compliance with applicable regulations.

What you'll do

Among its responsibilities, the following stand out:

Management of documentation and key processes of the In-house Prevention Service, as well as the review and control of the documentation of the external prevention service.
Participation in the health and safety committees of the various services.
Maintenance of the ISO 45001 Management system before the certification body, including the preparation and defense of external certification and follow-up audits.
Participation in Labor Inspections, managing requirements, attending summons, and investigations.
Design and implementation of the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) in all the organization's centers.
Analysis of accident and absenteeism indicators and reporting to the person responsible for the department and to the Area Management.
Establishment of corrective measures regarding OHS at a corporate level.
Design, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's annual health and safety plan, with a proactive approach: identification of needs, anticipation of emerging risks and regulatory changes, and proposal of continuous improvement initiatives beyond legal compliance.
