Requirements

What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training related to IT, Microcomputing Systems and Networks, Network Computer Systems Administration (ASIR), or similar.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or helpdesk positions.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Basic handling of networks, hardware, and incident resolution.
Ability to work in a team and user orientation.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Active Directory.
Experience in Microsoft 365 environments.

Basic knowledge of virtualization and networks.

The role

At Magtel we are looking to hire an IT Support Technician to reinforce our systems team. The selected person will provide user support, perform the configuration and maintenance of computer equipment, and collaborate in the resolution of day-to-day technical incidents.

What you'll do

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment.
On-site and remote technical support for users.
Hardware and software troubleshooting.
Configuration of user accounts, printers, and devices.
Preparation and setup of equipment for new employees.
Support in basic systems and networks administration tasks.
Monitoring and management of technical incidents.
