Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession completed.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional firm or legal department with specialization in Labor Law.
Knowledge of labor and Social Security legislation.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Analytical skills, organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in office software tools.

We are looking to hire a Junior Lawyer for our Labor Law Department. The selected person will join a team specialized in legal-labor advisory, participating in the management and resolution of inquiries, procedures, and matters related to the field of Labor and Social Security Law.

What you'll do

Legal-labor advisory to companies and workers.
Drafting and reviewing labor contracts, disciplinary letters, and labor documentation.
Preparation of legal reports on labor matters.
Management of procedures before the SMAC and Social Jurisdiction.
Support in collective bargaining processes and labor relations.
Monitoring of labor regulations and preparation of application criteria.
Coordination with other departments for the correct management of labor matters.
