We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our new store MANGO Almería CC Mediterráneo Teen.

• Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
• Supervise inventory, sales promotion, and the maintenance of the store's appearance.
• Implement commercialization and financial administration under the direction of the region and/or district store administration.
• Provide instructions for the co-management of the store and department management, ensuring the execution of all organizational policies.
• Advise on and direct the management of the department to resolve operational problems and improve the performance and conditions of the department
