QUANTITATIVE RESEARCHER INTERN (CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE)

WHAT DOES A QUANTITATIVE RESEARCHER DO AT MANGO?

You will join the Customer Experience team, whose mission is to enhance a memorable customer experience by fostering a Customer Centric vision, while also detecting business opportunities that fit our values and brand positioning. The Quantitative Researcher's purpose is to incorporate the quantitative perspective into customer knowledge, helping to measure our customers' motivations and barriers, as well as their feedback on our proposals.

In your day-to-day, you will contribute to:

What you'll do

  • Designing, planning, and organizing quantitative research activities, whether recurring or ad-hoc in nature.
  • Ensuring the technical quality of research, both internally and externally, constantly evaluating its performance and proposing improvements.
     
  • Designing and writing questionnaires and other consumer research tools, both to explore ideas and to evaluate concepts.
     
  • Analyzing large amounts of data, with a critical perspective, to transform them into valuable insights.
     
  • Collaborating hand in hand with qualitative research teams, providing the quantitative perspective to help build solid and complete consumer insights.
     
  • Maintaining the necessary infrastructure to collect and distribute quality data across the organization.
     
  • Supporting the development of the Voice of the Customer program, managing reports, ensuring the tool works properly, and analyzing results.
     
  • Communicating research results clearly and effectively to different teams, reporting findings and making concrete and constructive proposals.
     
  • Collaborating in the transformation of the organization, fostering a people-centered culture, through the cross-functional connection of teams and their alignment around customer needs and motivations.
