The role

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

You will manage the occupational risk prevention system for our stores with a high level of autonomy
You will establish the health and safety strategy within your scope of action, aligned with the strategy of your business area and MANGO
You will coordinate the activity of external prevention services
You will evaluate risk factors in hygiene, safety, ergonomics, and psychosocial factors associated with the various workplaces and positions
You will design, apply, and coordinate the plans and programs for preventive action planning.
You will design, apply, and coordinate plans for the control and/or reduction of occupational accidents
You will design and deliver occupational risk prevention training, as well as awareness actions for collaborators and managers, to develop a solid prevention culture
You will monitor legal requirements related to occupational risks to ensure regulatory compliance
You will attend to labor and social security inspections regarding health and safety matters within your scope of action
You will accompany the growth and expansion of the company by integrating safety and health
