BIM MEP Modeler

· 2 to 3 years of previous experience in MEP installation projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, CCTV, and telecommunications).

· University degree in Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar, with a specialization in MEP installations.

· Advanced proficiency in Graphisoft's ARCHICAD or Autodesk's REVIT for the creation and management of BIM models.

· Knowledge and application of technical regulations and standards related to MEP installations in retail projects.

· Advanced proficiency in Graphisoft's ARCHICAD or Autodesk's REVIT for modeling and drafting MEP installations.

· Knowledge and experience in the design and calculation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, CCTV, and telecommunications installations.

· Ability to interpret and develop technical plans and diagrams in retail projects.

We are looking for a BIM MEP Modeler to join our retail project engineering team (Technical Office).

You will perform BIM MEP modeling for complete retail projects, providing support to the engineers who design and calculate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, CCTV, and telecommunications installations. You will generate the 3D model in collaboration with the Store Architect BIM team, locate and resolve clashes, and generate the graphic documentation necessary for the perfect understanding of the projects.

· Create and modify BIM MEP models in ARCHICAD or REVIT for retail projects, ensuring the accuracy and quality of designs and compliance with agreed standards.

· Generation and maintenance of MEP models by discipline, coordinated with architecture/interiors and the Store Architecture BIM team.

· Creation and editing of MEP objects/families/elements, basic parameterization, and standardization for consistency between projects and model optimization (order, weight, best practices). Experience in family development.

· BIM Quality Control (QA/QC): review of model consistency (naming conventions, parameters, levels, views), version control, traceability of changes, and compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.

· Ability to occasionally work on 2D projects with AUTOCAD.

· Collaborate closely with engineers to develop and update plans for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, CCTV, and telecommunications installations.

· Perform reviews and coordination of BIM models to detect and resolve conflicts between different disciplines.

· Stay up to date in the use of ARCHICAD or REVIT and other BIM tools, and apply best practices in project development.
