Our multicultural team is the engine of our success. We are proud to take fashion further, connecting our unique style with people all around the world.

We are looking for a SAP TM & BN4L Consultant to join the Information Technology area, within the Supply Chain team.

What you'll do

  • You will lead the implementation, configuration, and evolution of SAP Transportation Management, covering inbound and outbound processes in complex, multi-country environments.
  • You will design and implement the integration with SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), enabling digital collaboration processes with carriers (tendering, execution, tracking, incidents).
  • You will define the end-to-end transportation architecture, ensuring integration with:
    - SAP S/4HANA / ECC (SD, MM)
    - WMS systems
    - External platforms (carriers, visibility, EDI/API)
  • You will lead the design of advanced planning solutions, including route optimization, load consolidation, dynamic carrier selection, cost management, and freight settlement.
  • You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, participating in key decisions such as operating model, technology roadmap, and initiative prioritization.
  • You will ensure solution quality by leading testing phases (SIT/UAT) and end-to-end validation.
  • You will act as a strategic partner to the business (Logistics, Operations, Transportation), facilitating data-driven decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Engineering, IT, or similar.
  • +5 years of experience in Supply Chain projects focused on transportation.
  • Solid experience in SAP Transportation Management and SAP BN4L/LBN
  • Deep knowledge of transportation processes: planning, execution, visibility, and freight settlement.
  • Experience in integrations (IDocs, APIs, EDI, middleware such as SAP PO/CPI).
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional leadership.
  • Availability for occasional travel.

What you'll get

  • Immediate start with a permanent contract.

  • We offer flexible working hours (you can start between 8:00 and 9:30 and leave between 17:00 and 19:00) with a continuous working day every Friday (you can start between 8:00 and 9:30 and leave between 14:00 and 15:30) and on most days before public holidays.

  • Our offices are located in Palau-solità i Plegamans.

  • Possibility of working remotely 50% of the time.

  • 35% discount on all our lines

  • You will be able to receive technical training on platforms such as O'Reilly, among others, as well as in languages and skills for your personal development. We support you so you can keep growing professionally and personally!

  • Referral policy: you can take part in bringing talent into our teams, and we will reward you for it!

  • Free company transportation from Barcelona and the Vallès to our headquarters

  • Physiotherapy service at the headquarters and changing rooms if you like to exercise in your free time

  • Workshops, meetups, communities of practice, team buildings, and company meetings

  • Flexible compensation package with tax benefits: health insurance, training, meal vouchers, childcare, etc.

  • Dining room and kitchen service at the headquarters. The company subsidizes part of the daily menu, as well as cafeteria items.

  • In-house medical service at the headquarters.

  • You will be part of a leading company in the fashion sector, dynamic, fully innovative, highly conscious, and taking action toward sustainability

  • A close, inspiring, and ambitious work environment; you will work with a great team that moves in the same direction to achieve the best results

  • Constant development opportunities with a wide variety of challenges that generate on-the-job learning.
