Senior Product Owner

At Mango, we are building our own digital platform that connects our teams of designers, buyers, and suppliers throughout the entire lifecycle of a collection.

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead one of the strategic domains of the ecosystem, which is Sourcing, where Functional Areas and Technology work together to transform collaboration with our global network of product suppliers.

• Create a product vision and lead the achievement of team objectives.

• Define the functionalities to be covered together with stakeholders.

• Prioritize and manage the backlog taking into account the team's mission, the global strategy, and the value contribution.

• Ensure the long-term health of the product, balancing technical improvements with new functionalities/evolutions and incidents.

• Define new functionalities at different levels of detail: epics, user stories, and tasks.

• Organize sprint plannings, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Report on the progress of initiatives and results to stakeholders and management.

YOUR NEW ROLE
You will join a multi-disciplinary work team working with Sourcing and Purchasing professionals, Product Owners from other technological platforms, Experience Design professionals, Software Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers.

As a PO, you will be the owner of your product's vision and roadmap and will coordinate all involved teams from the conceptualization of functionalities to their launch and subsequent improvements and incidents. Your responsibilities will be:
