Senior Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead one of the strategic domains of the ecosystem, which is Sourcing, where Functional Areas and Technology work together to transform collaboration with our global network of product suppliers. 

YOUR NEW ROLE  
You will join a multi-disciplinary team working with professionals from Sourcing and Purchasing, Product Owners from other technology platforms, Experience Design professionals, Software Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers. 
 
As a PO, you will be the owner of the vision and roadmap of your product and will coordinate all teams involved, from the conceptualization of features to their launch and subsequent improvements and incidents. Your responsibilities will be: 
 

• Create a product vision and lead the achievement of team objectives.

• Define the features to be covered together with stakeholders. 

• Prioritize and manage the backlog, taking into account the team's mission, the global strategy, and the value contribution. 

• Ensure the long-term health of the product, balancing technical improvements with new features/evolutions and incidents. 

• Define new features at different levels of detail: epics, user stories, and tasks. 

• Organize sprint plannings, reviews, and retrospectives. 

• Report the progress of initiatives and results to stakeholders and management. 

ABOUT YOU 

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar. 

• 5 or more years of experience as a Product Owner. 

• Experience in companies (knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus) 

• Advanced level of English. 

• You are a proactive, results-oriented person who enjoys working in a team and taking on new challenges. 

• You are a business-oriented, dynamic, and methodical person. 

• You bring excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

• You are able to adapt to new and constantly changing situations. 

• Knowledge and experience in using Jira as a backlog organization tool. 

• Knowledge and experience in using Xray as a testing tool for UATs. 

• Experience in using Gen AI for PO functions.

Buscamos un/a Product Owner para liderar uno de los dominios estratégicos del ecosistema que es el Sourcing, donde Áreas Funcionales y Tecnología trabajan juntos para transformar la colaboración con nuestra red global de proveedores de producto. 

TU NUEVO PUESTO  
Te incorporarás a un equipo de trabajo multi-disciplinar trabajando con profesionales de Sourcing y Compras, Product Owners de otras plataformas tecnológicas, Profesionales de Experience Design, Desarrolladores de Software, Data Scientists y Data Engineers. 
 
Como PO serás el/la owner de la visión y roadmap de tu producto y coordinarás a todos los equipos implicados desde la conceptualización de funcionalidades hasta su lanzamiento y sus posteriores mejoras e incidentes. Tus responsabilidades serán: 
 

• Crear una visión del producto y liderar la consecución de objetivos del equipo. 

• Definir juntamente con stakeholders las funcionalidades a cubrir. 

• Priorizar y gestionar el backlog teniendo en cuenta la misión del equipo, la estrategia global y el aporte de valor. 

• Asegurar la salud del producto a largo plazo, balanceando las mejoras técnicas con funcionalidades nuevas/evoluciones e incidentes. 

• Definir las nuevas funcionalidades en diferentes niveles de detalle: épicas, historias de usuario y tareas. 

• Organizar sprint plannings, reviews y retrospectivas. 

• Informar del avance de las iniciativas y los resultados a stakeholders y management. 

SOBRE TÍ 

• Formación en Ingeniería Informática o similar. 

• 5 o más años de experiencia como Product Owner. 

• Experiencia en empresas (valorable conocimiento en industria de moda) 

• Nivel alto de inglés. 

• Que seas una persona proactiva, orientada a resultados, que te guste trabajar en equipo y asumir nuevos retos. 

• Que seas una persona orientada a negocio, dinámica y metódica. 

• Que aportes excelentes habilidades comunicativas y de negociación. 

• Que sepas adaptarte a situaciones nuevas y de constante cambio. 

• Conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de Jira como herramienta de organización de backlog. 

• Conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de Xray como herramienta de testing para UATs. 

• Experiencia en el uso de Gen AI para funciones de PO.
