Logistics Customer Service Administrator (m/f/x)

To be the client's point of contact at the branch and ensure that their inquiries and incidents are resolved on time and with reliable information, coordinating with traffic, delivery, warehouse, and distribution.

• To handle inquiries by telephone and email regarding shipment status, expected delivery dates, and the condition of the goods.
• To manage delivery incidents until their closure: absences, incorrect or incomplete addresses, rejections, re-shipments, appointment scheduling, shortages, and damages.
• To register and follow up on each incident in the system, keeping a record of communications with the client and the agreed-upon actions.
• To request, verify, and send delivery proofs and documentation associated with shipments.
• To coordinate with operational teams to verify what occurred and agree on a solution before responding to the client.
• To perform proactive follow-up on critical shipments, informing the client before they claim.
• To periodically report incidents and inquiries to the branch manager.

From our Valencia office, we are looking for LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE (M/F/X) for an important company in Ribarroja within the logistics sector.

Whose functions will be;

• Good proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and email.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and workload peaks without losing track of pending matters.
• Fluency in telephone communication with clients and problem-solving ability.
• Order and rigor in information recording.

• Experience with transport ERPs or shipment management systems.
• Experience in a branch attending to several clients simultaneously.
• Knowledge of delivery operations and delivery documentation.
