The role

What you'll do

As Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Having an overall view of the company's physical, administrative, and information flows.
Coordinating and leading the Warehouse Manager and the different operational teams.
Planning capacities, resources, spaces, shifts, and temporary staffing based on operational needs.
Supervising operational costs, rates, productivity, and profitability per client.
Ensuring the correct identification and billing of all services and billable items.
Defining, tracking, and analyzing operational KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
Implementing, reviewing, and optimizing standardized operational procedures.
Coordinating cross-functionally with the Warehouse, Customer Service, Commercial, Billing, IT, HR, and Occupational Health & Safety departments.
Managing relationships with transport agencies, logistics providers, and reverse logistics processes.
Maintaining direct relationships with strategic clients, participating in the design and implementation of new operations.
Driving the standardization of processes and working criteria across the Valencia and Madrid branches.
Leading initiatives for continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational efficiency.
Ensuring service quality in a demanding environment where logistics excellence is a critical factor for clients.

Summary

The company is looking to hire a Logistics Operations Manager to act as a link between the different business areas, ensuring operational excellence, resource optimization, and process standardization across its Valencia and Madrid sites.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Higher education degree in Logistics, Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience managing complex logistics operations and multidisciplinary teams.
Solid knowledge of warehouse management, distribution, and supply chain.
Experience tracking KPIs, data analysis, and cost control.
Ability to lead continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
Experience in cross-departmental coordination.
Strong customer focus and business acumen.
Profile with influencing skills, steady leadership, and credibility with teams and clients.
Self-sufficient, resourceful person with the ability to prioritize in changing environments.
Valuable experience in logistics, distribution, transportation companies, or 3PL services.
Availability for occasional travel between Valencia and Madrid.
