Winder Helper in La Riba on 5th shift POSSIBILITY OF JOINING THE COMPANY (M/F/X) At Manpower, we are offering a Winder Helper position for an important company dedicated to the paper and cardboard sector located in La Riba. Location: La Riba What will your mission be? You will be part of the production team, actively collaborating in the paper winding process and ensuring that the final product meets the established quality standards. Main functions: - Winding on the paper machine. - Monitoring the correct operation of the machinery during the process. - Supplying raw material and cutting mandrels. - Weight control and labeling of coils. - Performing quality controls during the winding process. - Support during paper breaks and strip passing. - Working during machine stops. - Auxiliary production tasks: paper cleaning, material removal, machine cleaning, etc. - Monitoring the different parameters of the production process. What are we looking for in you? - Minimum 1 year of experience in winders or similar machinery is valued (not essential). - Valid forklift license. - Driver's license and own vehicle to access the workplace. - Basic office automation skills. - Methodical, organized person with initiative and the ability to work in a team. - Desire to learn, get involved, and develop within the company. - Availability to work on the 5th shift (2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights, and 4 days off). Job conditions: - Schedule: 5th shift (2M - 2A - 2N + 4 days off). - Salary: €12.28/hour. - Duration: Stable position with continuity.
