The role

Forklift Operator - Waste Management/Recycling (M/F/X) Join a multinational company located in Sebares (Asturias). Main responsibilities: Operate and manage forklifts to handle waste and recyclable materials safely and efficiently. Organize and classify waste in designated areas, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Perform inventory controls and maintain order in work areas. Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvement processes in daily operations. Participate in basic maintenance tasks of machinery and equipment used. Required skills and qualifications: Previous experience in forklift operation, preferably in waste management or recycling. Certification in forklift operation (valid forklift license). Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable in waste management. Ability to work in a team and under supervision, with attention to detail and responsibility. Good physical condition and availability to perform physical tasks and work in industrial environments. Knowledge of waste management and recycling systems is valued. What we offer: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week between 8:00 and 20:00, with rotating weeks: One week from Monday to Friday; Another from Monday to Wednesday + Saturdays and Sundays.
