We offer you: Stable project: initial contract of 3 months + 3 months, with subsequent permanent employment. Strategic position with direct communication with customers, warehouse, and operational departments. Dynamic environment with professional growth potential. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Starting salary of €15.59 gross/hour (approximately €27,400 gross per year). Possibility of salary improvement based on experience and professional career path provided. What will you do in your day-to-day? Comprehensive management of customer accounts. Monitoring and resolution of incidents related to transport, logistics, and deliveries. Coordination of shipments, deliveries, and goods departures. Stock control and monitoring. Daily coordination with the warehouse to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Management and monitoring of orders, direct loads, and operational needs. Updating information in management systems and preparing reports. Telephone and email support for customers, carriers, and internal departments. What do we need from you? High level of English, essential both spoken and written. Previous experience in Customer Service positions within the logistics or transport sector. Good command of Excel and office tools. Experience working with logistics management systems (WMS/ERP). Customer orientation and ability to resolve incidents. Communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different departments. An organized, proactive person accustomed to working in high-volume management environments. Are you interested?
