Autonomy and real responsibility You will manage projects from start to finish, participating in all phases of the process, from calculation and design to legalization. Your mission in this role You will be responsible for the development and management of Fire Protection and HVAC projects, ensuring that each installation complies with the required technical, regulatory, and administrative requirements. You will play a key role in the design, calculation, drafting, and legalization of industrial installations, providing efficient solutions and ensuring the correct execution of each project. In your day-to-day: You will perform advanced hydraulic calculations for sprinkler networks, fire hose reels (BIEs), and fire protection systems using HASS. You will develop calculations and sizing for HVAC installations, including thermal loads, pressure drops, and HVAC equipment selection. You will prepare executive plans and technical documentation in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. You will design piping networks, sprinklers, pumping stations, HVAC ducts, and schematic diagrams. You will extract measurements and prepare unit price schedules. You will draft technical reports, calculation annexes, and executive projects for legalization. You will manage and follow up on files before Industry Delegations and Authorized Control Bodies (OCA). You will collaborate in the preparation of completion certificates and documentation necessary for activity licenses. Mastery of HASS for Fire Protection calculations Will be fundamental for the correct sizing of fire protection networks. Advanced AutoCAD skills Will allow you to prepare precise technical documentation and develop high-quality executive plans. Knowledge of HVAC and HVAC tools Experience with tools such as CYPE, CYPECAD MEP, CYPEFIRE, HAP, or similar will facilitate the design and sizing of installations. Knowledge of applicable regulations Mastery of RIPCI, RSCIEI, RITE, and UNE/NFPA standards will help you guarantee the technical and legal compliance of projects. Organizational capacity and comprehensive management Being a methodical and organized person will allow you to manage different projects and deadlines simultaneously. What do we need from you? Higher Vocational Training in Drafting, Building Projects, Civil Works, Electromechanics, or similar, or a Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the development of projects and engineering for complex industrial installations. Mastery of HASS for Fire Protection hydraulic calculations. Advanced AutoCAD skills. Knowledge of HVAC and HVAC calculation tools. Demonstrable experience in legalization processes before Industry authorities. Driving license B.
